高压氧治疗科
上海永慈康复医院高压氧治疗科治疗区域面积为 205 平方米，氧舱规模主舱 16 人、副舱 4 人，基本设施有：接诊区，候诊区，更衣室，操作间，氧舱大厅，消毒间等，周围环境符合消防要求，消防设施设备齐全。高压氧能明显地改变机体对氧的摄取和利用方式，使血氧含量增加，血氧分压增高，血氧有效弥散能力增强，从而引起中枢神经、循环、血液、内分泌及免疫系统一系列的生理功能的变化。
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)
The HBOT center in our hospital has a treatment area of 205 square meters. We have a main chamber that can take up to 16 patients and the second chamber with a maximum capacity of 4 patients. The facility mainly consists of a reception area, a waiting area, changing rooms, operation rooms, HBOT chamber area, and disinfection rooms. The surrounding environment of the facility met the fire safety requirement and equipped with qualified fire equipment. Hyperbaric oxygen can significantly alter the body’s oxygen intake and utilization which result in an increase in blood oxygen content and blood oxygen tension, also improvement in the diffusion capacity of blood oxygen. These further leads to a series of physiological function alteration in the central nervous system, circulation, blood, endocrine, and immune system.
